the crucifixion of Madeline MacKay – a stage play

20180407_204006_0001.pngthe crucifixion of Madeline MacKay is a surrealist drama exploring repression and childhood trauma.

Madeline is suffering terrible insomnia. Her nights are plagued with visions of an owl man. Her baby won’t stop crying, but she can’t locate where she’s left him. When the police arrive, she has no idea why she’s being questioned for the murder of a priest. As her memories return, she is transformed into an unrepentant killer. But is it the truth, or mere fantasy?
